Our ticket office is currently closed however our self-serve kiosks are available to purchase from 24/7 or you can buy online anytime.

Self-serve e-kiosks

For your convenience we have installed self-serve e-kiosks. You’ll find them located in front of our ticket booth, by the entry ramp leading to Bay 75, and near Bay 75. SkyBus self-serve kiosks accept card payments only, no cash payments.

Cash Sales

As we do not currently offer a cash payment option, we have partnered with nearby store Be My Guest Concierge to offer cash ticket sales. Be My Guest Concierge are located at 3/200 Spencer Street, opposite Southern Cross Station near Lt. Bourke Street, and are open 7 days per week between 9am - 6pm.
