Can I travel with my Assistance Animal on board SkyBus?
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other animals with an Assistance Animal Pass or accredited assistance animal card, including those in training, are welcome on board.
To help us assist you, please ensure your assistance animal is wearing its official vest and have the pass or card ready to show our team. If you are unable to provide it upon request, you may not be able to travel on SkyBus.
We know that traveling with an assistance animal might mean bringing extra luggage. There’s no extra charge for oversized or additional luggage, but space could be limited during busy times.
During peak periods, when seating and space are limited, our staff may ask you and your assistance animal to sit in a designated seat or wait for the next available service to ensure comfort and safety for all passengers.
