How will I receive my ticket when purchasing in the SkyBus app?

When purchasing via the SkyBus app, tickets will automatically appear in the app ticket wallet following a successful payment.

Please note tickets are not sent via email when using the SkyBus app. We recommend purchasing using a SkyBus app account so that your ticket history can be accessed on another device simply by logging into your account.
