What updates have you made to SkyBus online ticket purchases?

We've made a number of updates to how you can purchase SkyBus tickets online. As part of these updates we're pleased to be able to provide customers with some of the most requested features including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

New payment methods

SkyBus now offers Apple Pay and Google Pay for website purchases on compatible devices. Customers can continue to purchase via Card payments as well as PayPal.

Refined purchase pages

We're always working to make sure ticket purchases on the SkyBus website are a simple, fast and pleasant experience for customers. In our latest update we have refined the purchase pages to clearly define the three key steps when buying a ticket:

  1. Select tickets
  2. Enter your details
  3. Make a payment

The pages were redesigned to acknowledge the majority of customers who now purchase on mobile devices. This is reflected in the new purchase pages, layout and payment methods we've introduced in this update.

Verify contact information

During the purchase process you will be required to verify your contact information. Please ensure you enter a valid and accessible mobile number and email address. This is to ensure the validity of your purchase and the delivery of your ticket/s.
